This event will provide an overview of the Skilled Nursing Facility Value-Based Purchasing (SNF VBP) Program for Fiscal Year (FY) 2021, including the scoring methodology, which transforms performance scores into incentive payment multipliers (IPMs), and information for accessing and reading your facility’s Performance Score Report (PSR).
