This presentation will discuss National Quality Forum (NQF) measures #384 and #383 in the PPS-Exempt Cancer Hospital Quality Reporting (PCHQR) Program. The speakers will explain the relationship between the two measures to: assist in proper sampling, communicate the prevalence of pain in the PCHs versus rates reported in the literature, and share lessons learned for the purpose of quality improvement.
