This presentation will review some of the most frequently asked measure-related questions for the Hospital OQR Program. Join us for this scenario-based QA review and get your abstracting questions answered.

Target Audience:

Hospital personnel that are involved in abstracting, quality improvement, data analysis and process improvement within the hospital environment.

Objectives:

• Identify some common difficulties for chart-abstracted measures.
• Describe at least five common hurdles and possible solutions when reporting measures via the online submission tools.
• List resources available to help troubleshoot problems when reporting data.
