Description: The Program Leads for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Hospital Outpatient Quality Reporting (OQR) and Rural Emergency Hospital Quality Reporting (REHQR) Programs will present the Calendar Year (CY) 2024 Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS)/Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) Payment System final rule and the impacts to these programs.

Recall the submission deadlines as they relate to the finalized proposals for the Hospital OQR and REHQR Programs
State the topics included in the Requests for Comment (RFC).

Target Audience: Hospitals that report data for the Hospital OQR or REHQR Programs who wish to know more about CMS’ finalized proposals that impact the program and reporting requirements.
