Description:  We will review some of the most difficult abstraction questions asked by hospitals. Join us for this fun, problem-solving event which will use scenario-based questions with interactive features to enhance your abstracting knowledge.

Objectives:

• Recognize some common difficulties with chart-abstracted measures
• Describe tips for resolving abstraction issues

Target Audience: Individuals in the hospital community who report data for the Hospital OQR Program. This presentation will be presenting real questions asked by hospitals and put them forward in a scenario-based format.
