Topic: This will be part one of a two-part series discussing Quality Data Codes. Sample billing forms and tools to ensure successfully meeting this aspect of the program requirements will also be discussed.

Target Audience: Facilities involved in quality reporting for the ASCQR Program as well as quality improvement objectives.

• List the claims-based measures associated with Quality Data Codes (QDCs)
• Identify how many codes should be reported on each claim submitted
• Identify at least three resources to check and verify QDC compliance
