Topic: Part 2 of a two-part series, this presentation will focus on troubleshooting QDCs and the most common errors made in the reporting of these measures. We will review sample Remittance Advice and claim forms, and present interactive patient scenarios.

Target Audience: Individuals working in the ASC community who want to expand their knowledge of the ASCQR Program and the interworkings of Quality Data Codes.
