Continuing Education

Important: A one-time registration is required for new users in order to receive a CE certificate from the Learning Management Center (LMC). New users can click here to proceed to the registration page of the LMC, while existing users can click here to access a listing of the courses offered for CE credits. Additional course offerings are also listed on the HSAG website.  

*Please download your continuing education certificate for your records. HSAG retains attendance records for four years, not certificates. Note: All certificates must be downloaded within one week from the date of the event.

The webinars presented by HSAG, the Hospital IQR Program Support Contractor, are approved for continuing education (CE) credits with the following Boards:

• Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling
• Florida Board of Nursing Home Administrators
• Florida Council of Dietetics
• Florida Board of Pharmacy
• California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 16578

Professionals that are licensed by the above approved Florida Boards will have their CE credit submitted to CE Broker. We are now a national CNE provider, and as such, nurses submit their own contact hours. All other licensed professionals will receive a Certificate of Attendance to submit to their Boards.

In order to access these presentations and receive CE credits, you will need to register as a member of the Learning Management Center. Click here to review additional resources.Once you have registered as a member, you will then be able to access additional courses.

The registration process is connected to your e-mail address which will be used as your User ID and log-in to the Learning Management Center. Therefore, it is important to write down the e-mail address used for registration and the password you establish and store them in a familiar but secure place.

When you set up a new account, the system will send an e-mail to the address used in the registration process. This notice will contain information about the final process for registration and take you to the log-in site for the Learning Management Center. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within several hours of establishing your profile, please report your concern to dprice@hsag.com.
