This presentation will review some of the most frequently asked questions for the ASC Program. Join us for this scenario-based QA review and get your questions answered.

Target Audience:

Personnel working in the ASC setting interested in learning more about the measures required for the ASCQR Program.

Objectives:

• Describe some common difficulties when applying Quality Data Codes (QDCs)
• Identify at least five common hurdles and possible solutions when reporting measures via the online submission tools
• List resources available to help troubleshoot problems when reporting data
